Ever since thirteen-year-old Corey Fletcher found out that he’s the world’s first “throwback,” with the power to not only visit history, but change it, he’s been spending as much time in the past as possible. Whenever his friends get in trouble or his family needs help, all Corey has to do is zip back in time a few days and he can fix all their problems. Corey loves using his skills for good—but as Corey becomes increasingly addicted to rewriting history, he begins to worry that it’s changing him in ways that may well be irreversible. Realizing that he can’t keep going back in time forever, Corey decides to use his power while he still can to change history in the most meaningful way possible: by stopping Adolf Hitler before millions die. But when Corey finds himself in World War II-era Germany, he quickly learns that the forces of history are strong and that it’s going to take a lot more than good intentions to turn back the rising tide of evil.
