This sequel to The Women of the Bible Speak explores how God teaches us through the biblical stories of mothers and daughters. Split into three parts, examining the relationships of mothers and daughters, mothers and sons, and daughters and fathers, this book highlights the lessons we can draw from these biblical women. Very few of these mothers and daughters were role models in every single aspect of their lives. Like us, they were human beings who made mistakes, and who struggled to do their best. Sometimes they succeeded in hearing God’s voice, and other times they failed. But they always acted as signposts along the way, showing us that even in our mistakes, God is speaking to us.
