Dr. Carbles, the president of the Board of Education, and Mr. Klutz, Ella Mentry School’s principal, have been adversaries for a long time. So when Mr. Klutz wants to give AJ and his friends a class trip to Dizzyland, Dr. Carbles is definitely not supportive. He tells Mr. Klutz to give the kids an unreachable goal: to read 5,000 books in order to win the class trip to Dizzyland. That way he is giving them a chance, but there is no way to succeed. But low and behold, the kids reach the goal! And they are off to Dizzyland, unknowingly giving Dr. Carbles time to devise a secret weapon that will have the capability to destroy Ella Mentry School for good. He is determined to crush any threat Mr. Klutz poses to his power, and he will not rest until Mr. Klutz and Ella Mentry School are no more.
