Although Syd inherited his dad’s hair and eyes, and his ability to breathe underwater, he barely remembers the man. He left on a mission when Syd was very young—and never returned. Most consider him dead, but when Syd discovers he left behind a device tethered to his location—a device only Syd can access—he embarks on a mission to find him. Great power waits for Syd out in the Vastness – so do mold monsters, gaseous tour guides, and extra-dimensional stalkers.
