Children who have loved listening to the Toys Go Out trilogy, as well as those meeting the toys for the very first time, will be thrilled to see Lumphy, StingRay, and Plastic in a picture book! With no small amount of effort, three toys go outside to play in the snow. "What do you think snow is, exactly?" Lumphy asks. "It's a blanket of peace over the world," StingRay answers. "No," Plastic says. "It's frozen water." And so it goes, as these friends play outdoors, building a snowman and making snow angels. Finally, when the day is done and these friends are cold, Lumphy, StingRay, and Plastic head back inside their cozy house and wait for the return of the Little Girl.
