Filling the job is no problem—keeping them is the difficult part. But in Teddy Prescott, their latest assistant, the Biddies may have finally met their match. For starters, this ain’t no boy Friday. This is a muscle-bound, tattooed man who’s spent eighteen months doing chin-ups in a prison quadrangle. He’s got secrets, a record and probably has both eyes on an inheritance prize. He’s good looking—bonus!—plus dangerously sexy and endearingly playful. And just like that, despite Ruthie’s objections, he’s hired. Teddy needs this job to keep his parole officer off his back. Imprisoned for defending his sister in a bar fight gone wrong, he’ll pick up Chanel gowns from the dry cleaner and cut Big Macs into bite-sized bits.
